Form Tips
Hold a barbell overhead with a wide snatch grip, arms fully locked out. Squat down while keeping the bar directly over the midfoot. Maintain an upright torso, push knees out, and descend as deep as mobility allows. Stand up while keeping the bar stable overhead.
